I have always found the muscles to be intriguing. Every physical movement we make is done by our muscles. As a massage therapist I get to work with injured muscles and manipulate them back to health again. I enjoy this field because its an art and there is always much more to learn.
I am passionate about deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, sports massage (involves a lot of stretching), Myofascial release therapy and relaxation for those who just want to unwind. My education doesn’t end there though, I am always learning and taking classes to educate and improve myself as a therapist.
