She is also a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist (AAHFRP). She specializes in bridging the gap between Health Care and Fitness; working with those with health and rehabilitation issues as well as with seniors. She has certifications in Reiki and Meditation and teaches classes in Therapeutic Yoga, Pilates and Functional Fitness (Private and Group). She enjoys working with people of all ages who seek optimal health and wellness.
