    Brandi has a passion for life that is infectious! Her love for Yoga has grown over the past 15 years and she is excited to share her passion and enthusiasm for the practice with you. Her philosophy is always building a strong foundation. ' I teach from the ground up, helping students understand proper alignment is so important in everything we do.'I love teaching the Meditation class because I feel it adds a missing piece in today's practices.

    Teresa completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dance from Kent State University while serving in the Ohio Army National Guard. She studied Ballet and Modern Dance, and has performed with companies in Ohio and California. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor (AFAA).
