1. 70 ounces water per day minimum (No soda, sports drinks, Juice, milk, diet drinks etc… Maximum 1 cup of coffee or tea per day.
2. Eat 5 times per day, unlimited vegetables (without the dips), fruits like apples, berries, pears, reduce grapes and banana. Eat twice as many vegetables as fruit.
3. Lean proteins only - fish, chicken breast, lean red meat, tofu, vegetable protein sources (Beans, Lentils), small servings of 6-8 nuts (Almonds, Walnuts) 1-2 times per day.
4. Limit dairy 1 serving per day. Low fat cheese (example: mozzarella).
5. No Bread, Pasta, Pastry, Cereal. No Sugar or artificial sweeteners. Only one cup of Brown Rice, Lentils or Oatmeal per day.
