Massage Therapy: Our massage therapist will see patients according to the following schedule:
Colleen - cranial scaral therapy and Yuen and relaxation massage
-Mondays and Thursdays from 3-6:00 p.m.
-Every other Friday from 3-6:00 p.m.
-Every other Saturday from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Bill - deep tissue massage

Yoga classes are according to the following schedule:
Mondays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. with Lucia
Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. with Lucia
Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. with Alex
Sundays, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. with Alex
