Massage:

 Chair: This service is great for office staff as it offers quick decompression sessions. Time can be distributed in 10 to 30 minute sessions.. No special space requirements.

Table: This service is a standard massage session brought to your business, would require 1 uninterrupted hour per person, up to 8 hours.

 Health Coaching individual or group setting:

Topic examples : Goal setting- Weight loss- Time Management- Disease prevention- Lowering blood pressure-Cancer Prevention etc. (This list is not all inclusive, topics are tailored to individual and company needs.
